L week 4

Yeah, I forgot to post last week...sue me!

Fitness camp is continuing to go well, I've gone three times a week for the past three-and-a-half weeks, so hopefully I can keep that up! I don't think I've lost any weight, but I can definitely see a significant difference in what I've been able to do at the boot camp; I'm doing a lot more of the exercises as instructed, and I'm starting to actually keep up with the skinny girls, shocking as that may be...
