L week 2

This was supposed to go up on Monday...but I forgot.

So from the end of week one, I've been to boot camp three times, and managed to pull a muscle with enough enthusiasm that I couldn't go back until today (and I haven't done that yet, but I'm going straight there after work). I did walk around Disney for about six hours on Sunday though, so I consider that a fair amount of exercise and definitely count it. I ate entirely too much in week one, but that's because I ate OUT entirely too much. I would say I'd try to watch that, but we're only to Wednesday of week two and I've already eaten out twice.

Fitness camper fail

So, week one of fitness camp hasn't gone so well - I haven't made it to nearly as many as I planned to go to. Tuesday morning I couldn't find them (it meets at a park, and my GPS seemed to think that it was a block north...in a shopping center), so I woke up at 5am for nothing and then felt like a zombie all day until I could go to the evening session. I went to bed quite early for me afterwards, but after being so exhausted all day I couldn't bring myself to wake up for the next day's, so I slept through day two...and day three was cancelled due to freezing temperatures (holyshititwascold) so I went to the evening one (holyshititwasstillcold) and once again I was so worn out that this morning I didn't feel like going to the makeup session. Tomorrow they meet at 10:30, which is infinitely easier to get to than 6:00, so hopefully I'll pry myself out of bed for it. If not, I'll hit the gym on my own tomorrow and get through as intense a workout as I can arrange without outside encouragement.

On the upside, the workouts I DID get were awesome, and I really look forward to continuing, if my abs stop hurting long enough for me to make it through the warm ups.

L Week One

Okay, so, I'm ready to start this blog off right. I don't really feel that I need a food diary, I'm pretty good about that on my own - what I need is a place to record progress and note when I gain or lose or whether I'm slipping. If I have accountability, maybe I will actually keep to it this time around.
